11th Master Class of Women Entrepreneurs held
The 11th master class of the popular Facebook group 'Women and E-Commerce Forum' (WE) was held. The main topic of this year's master class held on Saturday (May 22) was 'Storytelling'.
State Minister for Culture KM Khalid was present as the chief guest on the occasion. At that time, he said, you know that the foreign exchange reserves in the country have reached the highest level. Although there is a small role of WE, their products are going out of the country. They too have a role to play in this regard, even if it is in our reserve.
'Women are still lagging behind in many areas. I do not understand why the women's quota has been abolished in a male-dominated society, their quota can be maintained. Since you are almost 100% women here, you can demand the re-introduction of a 10% quota for women.
The keynote address of the session was delivered by Muhammad Mahbubul Alam, Chairman, Thoughts.
Soumya Basu, Chairman and CEO of Silk Global Limited, Jahanur Kabir Shakib, Advisor to WI, and Sami Ahmed, IT-ITES Policy Advisor of LICT Project were also present as guests in the program.
